This is the latest and updated June 2020 FRP Bypass Tutorial for LG Aristo 3 lm-x220ma, Aristo 3 Plus lm-x220mb & Aristo 4 Plus  MetroPCS lm-x320ma / T-Mobile lm-x320ta.  Using this Troubleshooting Guide, you’ll be able to use your phone once again in a few minutes.

 

The above Google Lock / Verification Screen comes into effect when the phone is reset using Volume Down & Power Button on Aristo 3 / 4.

If you don’t remember the lock screen PIN / Pattern / Password as well the Google Account details, you’re at the right place.

 

 

In the recent Aristo 3 / 4 Android Update, the earlier exploit is fixed. We used to bypass the Google Verification screen via the Switch Access option found in the Accessibility Settings.  The Switch Access option is gone now. You can refer to the above screenshot.

The Switch Access option is not there in the first screenshot. So, we are going to use a different method to get past the Google Account Screen. Let’s see how to do that –

How to bypass Google Verification on LG Aristo 3/ Aristo 3 Plus / Aristo 4 Plus

Let’s break the whole process into 4 parts –

STEP 1: Adding a SIM-Lock using another Phone

 

As a first step, power off your LG Aristo 3 / 4 as per the above screenshot.

Now, get hold of another phone. We need an extra phone to set up the SIM Card lock. Later on, we’ll insert this Locked SIM in  Aristo 3 / 4.

I’m using LG Aristo 2 for this purpose –

If you’re using an LG Android phone, Go to Settings < Lock screen & security < Set up SIM card lock.

Hit “Lock SIM Card” as shown above.

It asks for the current PIN. The default MetroPCS / T-Mobile PIN is 1234.

The SIM card lock is enabled.

We have to insert this locked SIM card into our Aristo 3 / 4.

On LG Aristo 4 the SIM Card slot is located outside on the Left.

Use a SIM ejector tool to remove the SIM Card Tray.

Insert the SIM Card in the respective slot & push the SIM tray as per the above screenshot.

On Aristo 3 / 3 Plus, the SIM Card slot is located under the battery door.

 

STEP 2: Receiving a file on Aristo 3 / 4 via Bluetooth

Now turn on your LG Aristo 3 / 4 using the Power Button.

You will be asked to enter the SIM pin.

Enter 1234 and hit the “tick” icon.

The next step is a significant one – 

Look at the last screenshot above. We’ve to unlock the screen by sliding the finger from the middle to the bottom of the screen.

You can see the “Not signed in” notification. Slide from there towards the bottom of the screen.

Make sure not to slide in the upward direction.

(If you fail to do it correctly, restart the phone and try it again)

 

If done correctly, you’ll see the notification panel on top with various options as shown above.

Long-Press the “Bluetooth icon” to open it.

Turn on Bluetooth by sliding the toggle to on position.

Once again we need another android device to send an image file via Bluetooth.

I’m sending a wallpaper from my Aristo 2 to Aristo 4.

You can follow the above screenshots.

The file is being sent to Aristo 4 as shown above.

 

Keep a tab on your Aristo 3 /4.  When a pop-up request appears, hit “ACCEPT” to receive the file.

Tap the “3 dots” icon located on the top-right corner and select “Received files” to get access to the image file.

Tap the image file.

Use the “Photos” app to open it.

 

STEP 3: Sharing the file via Email & Adding a Screen Lock

Give necessary access to the Photos app by hitting “ALLOW”.

Now, hit the “Share Icon” as visible in the above screenshot.

Use “Email” as the sharing medium among the listed options.

Give necessary permissions to the Email app  & proceed further.

On the “Select email provider” page, choose the first option i.e Microsoft Exchange.

Enter any email id in the EMAIL ADDRESS field, just to highlight the “MANUAL SETUP” option.

Tap “MANUAL SETUP” and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

The last option on this “Server Settings” page is “Client Certificate”.

Click “Add”  as shown above.

An “Attention” pop-up appears on the screen.

It says we need to change the screen lock to a secure one. Hit “CHANGE” to accept the request.

This takes us to the “Select screen lock” page with 3 options.

Add an easy to remember pattern, PIN, or password

I”m adding PIN as the Screen Lock.

I’ve added 1234 as the PIN lock.

It says “Screen lock has been changed”.

We are all done. We have to go back to the first screen of the setup wizard.

STEP 4: Going back to the Welcome screen to complete the Setup Wizard

Keep going back using the back button until you’re on the “Welcome” screen.

Use the forward arrow on the Welcome page to move ahead.

Tap “DON’T COPY” to proceed further.

Now we have to verify the PIN we added a few steps ago.

Enter the PIN we just set earlier i.e. 1234 and tap “OK”

Use the “Skip” option to proceed further.

 

 

“ACCEPT” Google Services Terms and conditions.

Tick “I agree” on the Legal Documents page and keep moving ahead.

Finally, select the “Home” and land to the Aristo 3 / 4 Home Screen thus bypassing the Google Account.

We have successfully bypassed the Google Lock / Verification  on LG Aristo 3 / 4.
