I’m not a big fan of Dark Mode. However, if you stay mostly indoors or in a dark environment then LG Aristo 3 Dark may be more suitable for you than the normal mode. You may also like it if you wish to increase the battery life on your Aristo 3.
The Dark Mode is more like a Dark theme with a Black background. These are 2 ways to enable the Dark Mode on Aristo 3 & Aristo 3 Plus. Let’s check them out with the help of the below screenshots –
How to enable Dark Mode on LG Aristo 3 & Aristo 3 Plus
You can either turn on High Contrast Screen or enable the Maximum battery saver mode on Aristo 3 to get the feel of Dark Mode.
LG Aristo 3 Dark Mode 1st Method – High Contrast Screen
Pull down the notification bar on your Aristo 3 and open Settings by hitting the “Settings Icon” as shown above.
In Settings, select the General Tab and click on “Accessibility”.
Tap the first option on the Accessibility page i.e. “Vision”.
Now look for “High Contrast Screen” and tap it to enable.
Wait for it to apply.
Dark Mode is on. You can see how it looks like with the help of the above screenshots.
Even the Keyboard changes in the Dark Mode.
To disable Dark Mode again Go to Settings < Accessibility < Vision and tap on “High Contrast Screen”
LG Aristo 3 Dark Mode 2nd Method – Maximum Battery Saver Mode
The second method is more preferable as it also maximizes your Aristo 3 battery life.
Go to “Settings” and select the “General” tab.
Now look for “Battery” and click on it.
Select “Battery saver” as shown above.
There are 2 battery saver modes – Extended and Maximum.
To enable Dark Mode, we have to turn on the Maximum Battery Saver Mode.
Tap “Maximum” to activate this mode.
Confirm your action by tapping “TURN ON” as shown above.
Wait for it to enable.
Tap “Edit mode” to look for more options.
The above screenshot shows the battery-saving optimizations in the form of reduced brightness, frame rate, restricted background activity including Wifi, Bluetooth & Location Services.
The maximum mode looks similar to the “High Contrast Screen”. In addition, it boosts your phone’s battery life. It’s a win-win situation.
To turn off the Maximum mode, either tap “Off” on the Battery Saver page or pull down the notification bar and hit “Turn off” as shown above.
After the Dark Mode, you should check out the LG Aristo 3 Hidden Menu & Secret Dialer Codes
