Xmobile X8 Tablet Hard Factory Reset 2023 Lock Screen Bypass

On Xmobile X8/X8a Tablet, you need to hard reset the device using Android Recovery when stuck on the lock screen due to a forgotten Password, PIN, or Pattern.

Once the reset is done, you also need to verify with the previously synced Google account to reach the Xmobile home screen.

In this post, we are going to perform the hard reset as well as bypass the Google FRP lock on Xmobile Android 11 Tablet using the latest 2023 method as follows –

I forgot the Xmobile X8a lock screen password.

To bypass the lock screen, we need to reset the device via Recovery Mode.

Let’s power off the Tablet to enter Android Recovery.

 

Long press the power button and choose “Power off” as shown above.

 

When the Tab shuts down completely, press and hold the volume down & power keys.

Release both keys when you see the “Xmobile logo” on the screen.

This brings me to the “Android Recovery” screen.

In Recovery mode, the touchscreen doesn’t work.

We need to use the volume rocker and power keys.

Use the volume down button to move from “Reboot System Now” to “Wipe data/factory reset”. Then click the power button once.

Now, use the volume down key to move from “Cancel” to “Factory data reset”. Then click the power button once.

After the data wipe, again click the power key to reboot the device.

The factory reset will take a few minutes.

 

After the reset, we need to complete the setup to reach the home screen. We are now on the “Hi There” screen.

Hit the “START” button to begin the setup.

Then connect to a Wifi network.

After connecting to the internet, it takes a while to get ready then we reach the “Copy apps & data” screen.

Now, click on “Don’t copy”.

 

The next page is “Verify Password”. I do not remember the lock screen password. There is an alternate option – “Use my Google account instead”.

Sign in with your previously synced Google account and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup wizard.
