With the new Android Security update, the old Motorola Android 12 FRP Bypass method no longer works on Moto G Play 2023.
Now, we need a new trick to bypass Google account verification. Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is enabled after a hard reset via Android Recovery.
Once the reset is done, to reach the home screen we first need to verify with the lock screen pin/pattern/password, or with the previously synced Google account.
In this post, we are going to use the latest August 2023 method to bypass the Google account verification on Motorola G Play 2023 without a computer as follows –
I forgot the Motorola lock screen password. To bypass the lock screen, we need to factory reset the device using Android Recovery.
I did a reset, and now we are on the “Hi There” screen as shown above.
Let’s hit the “START” button to begin the setup.
In the next step, we need to connect our device to the internet.
It takes a few minutes to get ready then we reach the “Copy apps & data” screen. Click “Don’t copy” to proceed further.
Now, we are stuck on the “Verify Password” screen. To move ahead, we either need the lock screen Password/PIN/Pattern or the previously synced Google account.
I do not remember these details. Let’s use the latest 2023 hack to bypass the Google FRP lock on Moto G Play 2023 Android 12 without a PC as follows –
How to bypass Google account verification/FRP lock on Motorola G Play 2023 Android 12 without computer August 2023 MetroPCS, Tracfone, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile
To bypass the Google account, move back from the “Verify your account” to the “START” screen.
We are again on the first page.
Click on “Vision Settings”.
Now, select the last option i.e. “Talkback”.
Hit the “Use Talkback” button to enable Talkback.
When Talkback turns on, draw an opposite L on the screen. Swipe right then up.
A permission request appears – “Allow Android Accessibility Suite to record audio?”. Double-click on “While using this app”.
Another window appears – “Use voice commands to control Talkback”. Double-tap on “Use Voice commands”.
Then say the term Google Assistant to launch this app.
The Google Assistant window appears at the bottom. Double-click the “keyboard icon” at the bottom to open the search box.
At this stage, we can disable Talkback.
Press and hold both the volume keys for 3 seconds to enable the Talkback shortcut.
Again hold the volume keys until Talkback is turned off.
Now, type open youtube in the search box and choose the search result with the “youtube icon” to launch the youtube app.
In youtube, click the “user profile icon” in the top-right corner.
Now, go to “Settings” > “About” as shown above.
On the next screen, click on “Youtube Terms of Service”.
This launches the Google Chrome app.
Do the Chrome setup to get access to the search bar.
In the address bar, type “addrom bypass” and hit enter
Choose the first search result – “BYPASS GOOGLE ACCOUNT 2023”.
On the Addrom website look for “Screen Smartlock” and click on it.
The next screen is “Protect your phone”.
We have 3 options – Pattern, PIN, & Password. You can pick either of the 3.
Let’s click on Pattern.
Set up an easy pattern such as L. Draw the same pattern twice and hit Confirm.
It does nothing. We are again on the same screen.
Again draw the same pattern L.
This time the app crashed. Choose “Close app” and go back to the “screen smartlock” page.
Go one step back and again open – “Screen Smartlock”.
Once again, choose Pattern and draw the same pattern L.
You need to keep trying to set up the pattern lock until you get the above screen – “Keep your device unlocked while it’s on you”. You get to this screen after a few tries.
This screen confirms that the old screen lock is replaced with this new pattern lock.
Now, click on “Yes I’m In”.
Now, we can go back and use this new pattern to bypass the Google lock.
Hit the back key multiple times until you reach the “START” screen.
Click “START” to proceed.
Tap “Don’t copy” on the “Copy apps & data” screen.
The next page is “Verify Pattern”. You can see the lock screen password is replaced with the new pattern lock.
Verify with the pattern L.
The pattern verification is successful. We bypassed the Google account verification.
Use the “skip” option to bypass the Google account sign-in.
Now, accept the Google services terms and conditions.
Again verify with the same Pattern L.
Skip the fingerprint setup in the next step.
Follow the on-screen prompts and keep moving ahead.
Finally hit “Done” to complete the setup wizard.
We successfully landed on the Motorola G Play 2023 home screen thus bypassing the Google account verification without a computer.
