Moto G Stylus FRP Bypass Google account without computer 2021

On Moto G Stylus, if you hard reset the phone via recovery mode, you need to verify with the previously synced Google account. This is also known as FRP (Factory Reset Protection).

If you’re locked out on your Moto G Stylus, the only way to recover the phone is via the Recovery mode. However, this way you need to verify with the last synced Google account.

If you don’t remember the Google account credentials, you can bypass the Google lock using the latest 2021 hack without a computer.

Let’s see how to do this –

After doing a reset on my Moto G Stylus via Recovery Mode, I’ve landed on the “Hi There” screen as shown above.

Tap the “START” button to proceed.

In the next step, we need to connect to the internet via Wifi or Mobile data.

Now, it’s checking for updates, let’s wait for a while.

Hit, “Don’t copy” on the Copy apps & data page.

Now, we have reached the lock screen password verification page.

I don’t remember the screen lock password. Let’s use the alternate option – “Use my Google account instead”.

We have reached the Google Verification page. We need to verify with the previously synced Google account on this device.

To bypass this FRP lock we are going to use the latest 2021 hack as follows –

NOTE: If your Motorola G Stylus is updated to Android 11, the old FRP bypass method won’t work. Please use the below link to bypass Google lock on Motorola Android 11 devices –

First of all, hit the back button and go back to the first page.

We have reached the first page of the setup wizard.

Click the “Emergency Call” button to reach the phone dialer.

Tap “Emergency Information” twice to open this page.

Now, hit the “Pencil edit icon” located at the top-right corner.

Select the 2nd option on the page i.e. “Name”.

The “Name” pop-up shows up on the screen. Hit the “Profile icon” as marked in the above screenshot.

A dropdown appears with 2 new options. Select “Choose an image” to proceed further.

This brings us to the “Recent” page of the File manager.

Click the “3 bar icon” at the top-right corner and long-press the “Drive” option as shown below.

This takes us to the “App Info” page of the “Google Drive” app.

Now, select “Permissions” to move ahead.

On the “App Permissions” page, tap the “search icon” and enter settings

Scroll down to the bottom of the page & select the “Settings” option with a blue circular icon as shown above.

Now, we are on the “App Info” page of the Settings app.

Tap “Open” to launch the Settings app.

Now, scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and choose “Security”.

On the “Security” page, we need to select the last option i.e. “Screen Pinning”.

Turn on “Screen Pinning”.

A new option appears on the screen “Lock device when unpinning”. Enable this option as well.

This brings us to the “Choose Screen lock” page.

Let’s use this page to set a new screen lock. We are going to use this new lock to bypass the Google account.

You can add a PIN, Pattern, or Password.

I’ve chosen the 2nd option “Fingerprint + PIN”.

Let’s set up an easy to remember Screen PIN 1234

After adding the PIN, there is no need to do a Fingerprint setup.

Let’s go back to the first page of the setup wizard.

Use the back button and keep going back until you reach the “Hi There” page.

We are once again on the “Hi There” page.

Select “START” to move ahead.

Hit “Don’t copy” on the next page.

Now, we have reached the PIN verification page.

Let’s verify with the PIN we added in the last step i.e. 1234

We have successfully verified the Screen PIN.

Now, use the “Skip” option to skip the Google account setup.

You can also add a Google account. The previously synced account is not needed.

Now, accept Google services terms and conditions.

Re-enter the PIN 1234 to move ahead.

Skip the Fingerprint setup as of now.

Hit “OK” on the “Review additional apps” page.

Tap “Accept and continue” on the Motorola Privacy Policy page.

Tick the “I agree” box on the Motorolas Permission page and hit “Next”.

Accept the “Carrier location access” request as shown above.

Tap “Get started” on the gesture navigation page.

Keep hitting “Next” to proceed further.

Finally, we need to use the swipe-up gesture to reach the Moto G Stylus home screen.

We have landed on the Moto G Stylus home page thus bypassing the Google lock screen.

  1. It is on android 11 tried that as well. Can’t disable google play services it’s greyed out. I saw that post after I posted that comment and then went and tried it didn’t work. Funny thing is I am on the phone that I can’t get into leaving this comment. So I’m kind of past the lock I just can’t get it to allow another account into it.

  2. Okay so I have followed the steps but the problem I run into with this phone is it won’t let me click the lock device when unpinning option. It’s greyed out and I can’t select it. Also I can’t install unknown apps. That button is also greyed out for all apps. This phone has got me stuck. Every option I have tried to do without a computer ends up blocking me one way or another some help would be appreciated

  3. I got to the security settings on mine it says app pinning and the option under it says lock device when unpinning and I can’t move it

  4. Hi ive gone through just about every step on google to unlock my new phone i bought from offer up now my only problem is i cant get chrome to allow any unknown apps to install everytime i get to this point it will not allow me to change that option and when i get into settings and go to security it will not all me to change the second app pinning option in order to use the security lock as well please do you have any tips for this problem

  5. OK on my phone it is app pinning not screen pinning. Not only that but it doesn’t allow for me to turn on the option for “lock device when unpinning” so there for it doesn’t give me the option of setting a new screen lock. So at which in point I’m currently stuck.
