Harmony 4 is the last iteration in the LG AT&T Harmony series. It was launched with Android 10 out of the box. As LG has shut down its cellphone division there won’t be a Harmony 5 in the future.
On Harmony 4 if you hard reset the phone using volume down + power keys, you need to verify with the previously synced Google account during the device setup.
To bypass the FRP (Factory Reset Protection) on Harmony 4, we are going to use the latest & easiest 2021 method without using a computer. In a few minutes, you’ll be able to use your phone once again.
So, let’s begin the troubleshooting –
After doing a factory reset via recovery mode, my Harmony 4 has landed on the “Welcome” page.
Let’s proceed to complete the device setup.
Click the “Forward button” to reach the “New Second Screen” page. Now, tap “Next” to proceed further.
In the next step, we are going to connect our phone to a Wifi network.
Now, it’s checking for updates. Let’s wait for a few minutes.
Afterward, we reach the “Copy apps & data” screen. Click “Don’t copy”.
It brings me to the password verification screen. As I don’t remember the lock screen password, I clicked on “USE MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT INSTEAD”.
Now, we have reached the “Verify your account” screen. It’s asking for the previously synced Google account.
Let’s use the latest 2021 hack to bypass the Google account on LG Harmony 4 –
