Are you stuck on the Google verification screen on your LG Fortune 3? Don’t worry you are at the right place. In no time we will bypass the FRP (Factory reset protection) screen without using a computer or FRP bypass tool and land on the Fortune 3 home screen.
The Google lock screen comes into effect when you hard reset the phone using the volume down and power button. We need to verify with the last synced Google account.
After doing a hard reset on my Fortune 3, I’ve landed on the Welcome screen of the setup wizard.
Let’s proceed further using the forward button.
Hit “Next” on the “New second screen” page.
In the next step, we need to connect to the internet.
The phone is now connected to the “Home Wifi” network. It checking for updates. We need to wait for a while.
Click “Don’t copy” on the “Copy apps and data” page.
This brings us to the Lock screen verification page. As I don’t remember the lock screen pattern, I’m going to use the alternate option “USE MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT INSTEAD”.
This takes us to Google’s “Verify your account” page. It’s asking for the last-synced Google account on this particular device.
As we don’t remember the Google account credentials, we are going to use the latest hack to bypass this Google Verification page –
How to bypass Google Verification on LG Fortune 3 lmk300am
Tap the blank field that reads “Email or phone” to bring out the phone keyboard.
Notice the bottom-right corner of the keyboard. There is a small keyboard icon as marked in the above screenshot. Hit this keyboard icon.
It pulls out the “Default keyboard” pop-up. Tap “Settings” to reach the “Manage keyboards” page.
We are now on the “Manage keyboards” page.
Select the first keyboard i.e. “Gboard”.
Now, tap the “3 dots menu icon” on the top-right corner and select “Help & feedback”.
We are now on the Support page.
Tap the “Describe your issue” search bar.
Type delete and select the first search result “Delete or disable apps on Android”.
On the next page, look for “Tap to go to Application Settings” and click it to open.
We are now on the “App Info” page. Scroll down and select “Google”.
Tap “Open” to launch the Google app as shown in the above screenshot.
Hit “NO THANKS” to skip google sign in.
In the Google search bar type “Chrome” and select the “Chrome with app icon” as shown above.
Follow the on-screen prompts on the chrome browser app.
In the Chrome search bar, type quick shortcut maker apk and hit “Go”.
Select the top search result “Download QuickShortcutMaker for Android Free”.
Hit “Download” to save this apk file.
Tap “OK” to keep this apk file “quickshortcutmaker-2-4-0.apk”.
Once the file is downloaded, tap “Open”.
We need to allow app installation from unknown sources to install this app.
Hit “SETTINGS” as shown above and toggle on “Allow from this source”.
Tap the back button one time to go one step back, and hit “INSTALL” as shown above.
Once QuickShortcutMaker is installed, click “OPEN” to launch the app.
Scroll down and select “Lock Screen Settings”.
There are so many Lock Screen Settings on this page.
Select the “Lock Screen Settings” with the “Secure lock settings ” option.
We’ve reached the “Secure your phone” page with the option – “Set up only pattern, PIN or password”. Hit “Next” to move ahead.
We are going to use this page to add a new screen lock. This new lock will replace the old lock screen.
Let’s add an easy to remember screen PIN.
I’ve added 1234 as the screen PIN.
A confirmation message flashes at the bottom – “Screen lock has been changed”.
We are going to use this newly created screen PIN to bypass the google verification page.
Use the back button to keep going back until you reach the first page on the Setup wizard.
We are now on the “Welcome” page.
Use the “Forward arrow” to move ahead.
Tap “Next” on the “New Second Screen” page.
Click “Don’t’ copy” when on the “Copy apps & data” page.
Once again it brings us to the screen lock verification page.
Verify with the screen PIN we created a few steps ago i.e. 1234
The screen lock verification is done.
This time, we get the “Skip option” on the Google sign in page.
Skip Google account sign-in or use any account to sign-in. The last synced Google account is not needed anymore.
Follow the on-screen prompts to move further.
Hit “OK” on the “Review additional apps” page.
We are now on the “Legal Documents” page. Check the “I agree” box and hit “More”.
Tick all the “I agree” checkboxes and hit “Done” to finish the setup wizard.
This takes us to the LG Fortune 3 home screen.
We have successfully bypassed the Google account on LG Fortune 3.
