Cricket Icon 3 is the successor to Icon 2. It is a much better device than its predecessor. It has improved in every aspect when compared to Icon 2. The successor comes with 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage as opposed to 1GB RAM, and 16GB memory on Icon 2. The latter comes with Android 11 out of the box.

In this post, we are going to bypass the Google account verification on Cricket Icon 3 without a computer. The Google lock gets enabled when you hard reset the device via recovery mode.

Let’s use the latest and easiest 2022 method to bypass the FRP lock as follows –

The need for Google verification arises when you hard reset your Cricket Icon device via the Recovery Mode.

If you forget the password/PIN/Pattern, to bypass the lock screen, we have to use the volume up & power button to hard reset the device.

I forgot the Cricket Icon 3 lock screen password. I did a factory data reset and now it brings me to the “Hi There” screen.

Begin the device setup by hitting the “START” button.

Now, let’s connect our device to a Wifi network.

The phone will get ready in some time.

The next screen is “Copy apps & data”. Choose the “Don’t copy” option.

This brings me to the screen lock verification page. Here I need to enter the correct password or the previously synced Google account.

I do not remember the last synced Google account. Let’s use the latest and easiest 2022 hack to reach the Cricket Icon 3 home screen as follows –
