Motorola E 2020 is the last Moto E device. Since 2020 no new model is released until now. Maybe it is replaced with the Moto G Pure. Moto E didn’t receive the Android 11 update till now. It’s still running on Android 10.
Motorola E is an entry-level budget smartphone and is offered by most US carriers. The different versions are Moto E T-Mobile/MetroPCS XT2052-6, Tracfone/Straight Talk XT2052DL, Factory unlocked XT2052-1, Verizon XT2052-2pp, Consumer Cellular XT2052-5, Boost Mobile, Xfinity Mobile, US Cellular, Spectrum, Simple Mobile, etc.
On a Moto E device, you need to verify with the previously synced Google account after a factory reset via recovery mode.
In this post, we are going to use the latest and easiest 2022 method to bypass the Google account verification on Motorola E 2020 Android 10 without a computer as follows –
I forgot the lock screen password. To bypass the Moto E 2020 lock screen I performed a factory reset with the volume down & power keys.
After the reset, I reached the “Hi There” screen as shown above.
Now, we need to begin the device setup by hitting the “START” button.
The next page is “Connect to Wifi”. Let’s connect our phone to the internet.
