LG Aristo MS210 Google Account FRP Bypass 2017-2018 Sure Shot Method

UPDATE FEBRUARY 2018 – The below tutorial can bypass any LG Aristo phone even with latest Android security patch level January 01, 2018 (Software Version MS21010v). However,  if it’s running on a recent firmware it has to be first downgraded to a lower version (ms21010g) before following this tutorial.
Learn How to downgrade LG Aristo MetroPCS firmware to ms21010g.

Google FRP (factory reset protection) is aimed at making a stolen phone less valuable.
We usually keep our phones locked with a password or pattern but once its stolen it is easy to erase the data (via Hard Reset) and reuse the phone. With Google FRP in place, whenever the phone is formatted using hardware keys it will ask for the last synced google account details before proceeding further.

Until now, everytime some sort of hack comes out to bypass this screen and then its patched with a security update very soon. Same is the case with LG Aristo. There is a working solution as of now but it may not last long. Let’s see how to get this working –

How to Bypass LG Aristo Google Account –

This process is lengthy, but it’s a sure shot method and works every time.

We need 2 apps to complete this bypass process. They are Shortcut Master Lite and Sidebar Lite. Download the zip file from below link.

DOWNLOAD

Extract the zip file and transfer the apk files to a micro sd card. Install the SD card in your LG Aristo before proceeding further.

After doing a factory reset via hardware keys I landed on the setup screen.

Here I connected to my home wifi network.

You can see to continue I’ve to sign in, to the previously synced Google account.

Now to bypass this google account go back to the very first screen.

We’ve to go back till we reach the Welcome page i.e first page of the setup screen.

On this page click on “Accessibility”

Accept the warning and proceed

Select “Vision” and Turn on Talkback by sliding the toggle to ON position.

When talk back is ON, make an “L” on screen as shown above.

If done correctly “Global Context Menu” will open. Click on “Talkback Settings”

Once we’re on Talkback Settings page we’ll suspend Talkback by pressing both the Volume Keys simultaneously.

Confirm your action and scroll down to “Help & feedback”. Click on it to proceed further.

Select “About Switch for Android” as shown above

Scroll down and look for “set up Switch Access on your Android device.” Tap on it

Now look for “connecting to Bluetooth devices.” as shown above and click on it.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it asks ” Was this article helpful?” and tap on “NO”

Now in the text box type anything and double tap on it. A pop-up will appear as shown above.

Hit on the “3 dots” icon and select “ASSIST”

“ASSIST” will take us to Google App

Type settings in the search bar and click on the “Settings” Icon as shown above. This way we’ll land to phone settings

  3. Sweet, Thank you so much for this tutorial, i would advise those using it; the instructions are specific and straight on, So, if you are failing, it may or may not be that you are not specifically following the instructions, took me a few times to figure that out, as, the “optout” part, i couldnt see it and even tried with different security versions, but in the end i ended up doing exactly and specifically as the DEV stated in the instructions and acquired a pass on the FRP bypass.
Big hooah, thank you so much for sharing a crumb of your knowledge and wisdom, again, HOOAH!

  4. Thanks! I unlock quite a few phone’s a week. Reticently I bypassed a S4 Note, similar, I had to downgrade but then it was accessible via OTG method. This LG involved a little bit of patience and work around’s but your tutorial was very in-depth and simplistic to follow. I appreciate the time you took to make this and i hope to see more! Awesome job!

  9. It worked!!… If you land on terms and conditions screen and not the home screen ,just click on ACCEPT and then done….

  10. Completed entire process

But when I disabled wi-fi there is only a very faint grey NEXT setting which does nothing when I touch it. And now I have an additional problem. “Unfortunately Google Play Services has stopped” notification appears, I press “x Close app” and it reappears seconds later.
